Is
it possible to reserve accommodation,
airport transfer and car rental with
a single payment? |

Yes, you may reserve as many services
as you wish. Prior to paying for a
service, you have the option of placing
it in the 'My Reservations' section,
where, in addition to being able to
consult the price of all the services
selected, you can create your own
holidays
package and pay the required deposit
for each service in a single, safe
transaction. |

When does
payment have to be made in order to
reserve accommodation, airport transfers
and car rental? |

In order to validate the reservation
of a service (or set of services within
a self-designed holidays
package), it is necessary to make
a payment to MCA Travel of 10% of
the total value of the services reserved
by means of credit card. The remaining
quantity, which is indicated in your
VOUCHER, is to be paid directly to
the service provider, which may be
an accommodation establishment, airport
transfer service or car-rental provider. |

What
does an accommodation reservation
request consist of? |
| |
 |
Accommodation bookings can generally
be processed immediately, but in some
cases it is necessary to await confirmation
of availability by accommodation establishments.
In such cases, once you have formulated
your accommodation request, you will
receive messages via e-mail and mobile
phone informing you of whether the
accommodation is available. If the
accommodation is available, you will
have 48 hours in which to confirm
the reservation from the 'My Reservations'
section, where you can also check
the situation regarding your accommodation
request at any time. |

Is the
availability of my accommodation bookings
guaranteed? |
| |
 |
Yes, there is constant communication
between MCA Travel and the accommodation
establishments in order to keep availability
information up to date. In cases where
availability cannot be guaranteed
at the time of booking, the system
offers the possibility of making a
reservation request. Nevertheless,
in the unlikely event that your room
were not available on your arrival,
the accommodation establishment would
offer you an alternative and pay compensation
for any inconvenience caused by this. |

Once the
accommodation reservation has been
made, do I need to contact the establishment?
|
| |
 |
No, we personally confirm every
reservation with the establishments
we deal with. However, with your booking
confirmation you will receive contact
details for your hotel so as to be
able to contact the establishment
at any time. In fact, it is advisable
to get in touch with your hotel if
you will be arriving late at night
or have a special requirement which
is not included within the information
given at the time of booking. |

How
do I request a room with a sea view
or make any other special requests?
|

 |
Any special request regarding your
accommodation has to be indicated
in the 'Comments' section when booking.
If you have already booked and failed
to indicate any special requirements,
you can contact the accommodation
establishment directly with the e-mail,
phone or fax details that you receive
with your booking confirmation or
you can contact us and make us aware
of the situation. |

Can
I reserve the transfer from the airport
together with the accommodation? |
| |
 |
Yes, once you've reserved your
accommodation you can proceed to reserve
your airport transfer without having
to re-enter details such as dates,
address of the establishment, etc.
You can make a single payment for
your self-designed holidays
package including accommodation
and transfer in the 'My Reservations'
section. |

Can
the details of a reservation be changed?
|

 |
In order to modify the details
of a booking, you must send us your
request either by e-mail or via the
contact form at the bottom of any
page within the MCA Travel website.
We cannot guarantee that changes will
be possible in any case, but we will
do everything we can to meet your
needs. |

How
can I cancel a reservation? |
| |
 |
To cancel a reservation you must
inform us of the cancellation by e-mail
or via the contact form at the bottom
of any page within the MCA Travel
website. Providing you inform us of
the cancellation at least 48 hours
prior to your arrival, we will refund
all monies paid in advance except
a 10% charge which is made for the
expenses involved in carrying out
the refund. |

What
do I have to do if I unexpectedly
have to return early? |

 |
If you have reserved an airport
transfer for your original day of
return, let us know as soon as possible
or inform the company providing the
transfer directly, quoting the reservation
number assigned to you by MCA Travel.
If you have a hire car, you must contact
the car rental company directly in
order to organise the return of the
vehicle. |

What
do I have to do if I lose the confirmation
e-mail or I want to reprint the VOUCHER?
|

In the 'My Reservations' section
you can access the details of your
Bookings whenever you wish; from
this section it is also possible to
print out your VOUCHER, which has
to be shown to service providers.

Why
do I have to register to reserve a
service? |

 |
Once you have registered, by accessing
the section 'My Reservations' you can
consult the details of your Bookings,
reprint the VOUCHER, view and print
out the bill, find out about the situation
regarding your reservation requests
and keep your hotel selection within
the 'My Hotels' section. |

Why
do I have to include my mobile phone
number when I register? |
| |
 |
It is important that we know your
mobile phone number, especially if
you have reserved an airport transfer
or a hire car at the airport, so that
the person awaiting your arrival at
the airport at the 'Meeting Point'
can get in touch with you in the event
of any difficulty. |

What
use is made of my details once a service
has been booked? |
| |
 |
Your personal details are kept
within our secure database and will
only be used in relation to the services
you have booked. We will not send
you our Newsletter, which includes
offers and information on Mallorca,
nor any other promotional material
if you do not authorise us to do so.
Your credit card number does not enter
our system at any time - the transaction
is carried out within the system of
the Banc Sabadell Atlantico, which
guarantees security. |

How
can I get an invoice for the services
reserved? |

From the section 'My Reservations'
you can print or save an invoice for
any service reserved; this can be
done at any time, even after you have
returned from your holiday. If you
have reserved a holidays
package, you will have a single
invoice for all services reserved. |

What
does the 'Save this Hotel' option
represent? |
| |
 |
You can select different accommodation
establishments by clicking on the
'Save this Hotel' option; you can
then access these hotels directly
from the 'My Hotels' menu option.
Furthermore, if you are a registered
user, you can keep your selection
indefinitely for future connections. |

How
can I book flights with low-cost airlines?
|

 |
From our system you can compare
flights from all the low-cost airlines
operating between the two relevant
airports and make a booking. The booking
is made directly within the system
of the airline. For this reason, the
flight cannot be included within the
holidays
package created by MCA Travel
and thus has to be paid for separately.
Also, Partners Software will charge
you 3 euros per passenger for the
use of the software which allows users
to compare the prices of low-cost
airlines around the world. |
