Sant Carles de Peralta is a small village in the north of Ibiza in the municipality of Santa Eulària. Its original nucleus consists of an 18th-century church with a porch at the front and a few traditional houses. More modern buildings have sprung up around the old heart of Sant Carles.
To reach some of the most impressive coves in the north of Ibiza, such as Cala Llenya, Cala Nova, Cala Mastella and Cala Pou des Lleó, the road takes you through Sant Carles.
The popular Las Dalias market is held every Saturday morning in the village.
