Sant Jordi de Ses Salines is a small town situated between the airport and Ibiza city and is very close to Platja d’en Bossa. The most impressive building here is the church, the only one on the island with battlements, evidence of its defensive role in the past.
A flea market is held every Saturday morning at the racecourse.
