
Sa Rąpita and Ses Covetes are two resorts in Campos municipal area. In the XIX century many middle-class families from the towns around built summer houses there. In Ses Covetes, at the top of Es Trenc beach, there aren“t many houses and buildings.On the other hand, Sa Rąpita has spread considerably along the coast, mainly detached unifamiliar houses. In Sa Rąpita there is a yatch club with an old defence tower from the XVII century, named Son Durķ.
Arenal de Sa Rąpita is a vast sandy spot which is 1,400 m long and 50 m wide, with fine white sands, as well as dunes and pine trees in the part of the beach which is away from the Sa Rąpita residential area.
