It has got one rectangular barrel-vaulted nave with eight side chapels. In the courtyard there is one access to the oratory and another to an old cemetery which has become a mediterranean garden.
On February 3rd, Saint Blai´s day, people from Campos make a pilgrimage to the oratory to spend the day. To get there, one has to take the road PM-604 to Colònia de Sant Jordi up to kilometre 4, where there is a cross from which a 500 metres path leads to Sant Blai´s Oratory.
