Traveller name: Laura (May 2008) A resort for people with young children Can Picafort is a nice family resort for people with younger children, more than teenagers. The beach is very good for kids, as the sea isn't too deep. Lifeguards patrol the beach, so this also gives parents with young children more security. There is a lovely promenade to walk along to the harbour and beyond, but there's a lot of dog mess everywhere, so watch your step. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops all of them pretty similar. The only thing I didn't like about the resort is there is nothing really much to see.
