The resort of Santo Tomās is situated in the municipality of Es Migjorn Gran in the south of Minorca, some 30 kilometres from the airport. Its main attraction is unquestionably its fine white sandy beach that stretches for almost 400 metres and has an esplanade.
Santo Tomās has a number of hotels, apartment complexes and houses which are occupied in the summer in the main by families and others looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Mediterranean. The range of restaurants, bars and shops is not very varied but sufficient to meet tourists needs.
