Ca´n Xixu Pins is a small apartments group and two old houses on Formentera, located in a quiet rural setting, just 1,200 metres from the Migjorn (south) beach by the road Ca Marí, and 2 kilometres from Sant Ferran, the nearest village. In fact, this country cottage is located in the geographical centre of Formentera.

The apartments have a twin bedroom, bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a small terrace, each with a personalized decoration, ensuring a comfortable accommodation in this small and cosy rural hotel on Formentera. The cleaning of the apartments takes place twice a week, with change of towels included. The sheets are changed weekly.
