The Can Feliu agrotourism is located at the heart of Mallorca, with magnificent views of fields full of crops. It is 1.5 Km from the town of Porreres, 36 Km from Palma de Mallorca, and 15 Km from some of the best unspoilt beaches of Mallorca.
The main activity of the farm, typified as ecological, is crop and cattle farming. Surrounded by carob, fig and almond trees as well as prickly pear, Can Feliu sits on a small hill of fertile land, dominated by fields of cereals and the red groves of the vineyards which produce excellent wine.
The house is an old country house dating back to the XVII century, having preserved its structures and its century-old features completely. It has been carefully renovated, whilst respecting and recovering all the original architectural elements by using traditional and ecological materials.
Can Feliu has 8 rooms, a reception area, an arch-ceiling dining room with wooden beams, a kitchen for the guests, a living room with a fireplace, barbecue, wine cellar, a large pool area and a small lake give the finishing touch to the whole ensemble.
The cellar at Can Feliu in Porreres dates back to 1790. The wine is made from the vineyards at Son Drago, Son Barbut and Son Dagueta. The varieties cultivated are Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Callet. Can Feliu, with its vineyards and cellar offers you the chance to learn and participate in all the cultural tasks involved in caring for the vineyards, such as the pruning of shoots and fruit during the harvest in the month of September, and the production of the wine at our cellar.
From the airport to Can Feliu
Leaving the Airport (Km. 0) take the motorway towards Santanyí. Once you are on the motorway, after about 4 km., take exit number 10 and follow the directions to Manacor. Once you are on the main road to Manacor (Km. 10) continue until you get to the Porreres exit which is after the village of Montuïri (Km. 29).
When you get to Porreres, take the turn off towards the cemetery (Km. 33,5), taking as a reference the church (Km. 35) entering along the street that goes around the church on the left. At the end of the street on the right hand side there is a sign and you need just follow the next signs - Can Feliu is just one kilometre away.
