At the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains nearby Bunyola, S´Alqueria Blanca is an idyllic spot, carved out by the passage of the years, with its origin in the times of the Arab rule in Mallorca. Art Nouveau left its mark on a building with a wealth of Floral details, curves, asymmetries and mythological sculptures. This modernist building, was erected at the beginning of the 20th century separately from the old farmhouse, where actually are the rooms and other guest quarters.

S´Alqueria Blanca has six rooms, each one with a terrace, three of them suites and the rest doubles. In each one care has been taken over every detail to make them unique. With furniture keeping with the building that houses it, the visitor can discover an intimate space, isolated, but at the same time open to contact with nature.

The kitchen of S´Alqueria Blanca specialises in preparing typical dishes from Mallorca, and an extensive list of international cuisine recipes. They don´t have an à la carte restaurant service, dishes have to be ordered. They are all prepared using natural and local products, some of them such as the fruit, are even from their own grounds.
