The Pionero hotel has 286 double rooms with complete bathrooms and 24 single rooms with shower/WC. All rooms have a large balcony and a ceiling fan. The small refrigerators provided in the rooms, as well as the safes have an extra charge. The meals are served in a hot and cold buffet, in an air-conditioned, spacious, non-smoking dining room.

There is a dedicated daily entertainment programme, featuring various games, competitions and events both throughout the day and in the evenings after dinner. Guests can also relax in the satellite TV lounge or surf the net and keep up with their e-mails at any of the hotel Internet points. Kids of all ages are catered for at the Pionero. They have "La Cabaña Club", for 5 to 12 years old kids, where a dedicated children’s entertainments team supervises a variety of activities in the playground area.
