Sa Pedrissa is a small luxury hotel located on a small hill between Deià and Valldemossa, within the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, known for its incredible beauty, surrounded by ancient olives trees and with fabulous sea views.

The original house dates back to the 16th century and once belonged to the Archduke Luis Salvador of Austria, and still maintains some of the original historical features such as balconies overlooking the sea or its oil press today reconverted into a cosy dining room.

Careful care has been taken in the restoration of Sa Pedrissa so that you feel attached to the natural beauty of the area and also have a chance to try some of the local products still produced on the ´finca´ such as honey, eggs and olive oil while relaxing on the many terraces and gardens watching the fabulous mountains.

Each room in Sa Pedrissa is unique with bathroom and living room. The suite has a garden, the Senior Suite is in tower of the house, occupying two floors with gorgeous views over the sea and the mountains. There is an exclusive one room apartment, with a kitchenette and terrace with sea views, located some metres away from the main building.

Sa Pedrissa offers an excellent local Mediterranean cuisine, with a la carte breakfast.
