This service consists of a private transfer from Palma de Mallorca Airport to any resort on Mallorca and vice versa, or from Minorca airport to any resort on Minorca. We have vehicles with capacities ranging from 4 to 55 passengers, all of which are available to you regardless of whether you have reserved your accommodation with MCA Travel. In order to confirm your bookings, we require a deposit of 10% of the total amount. If, in addition to the airport transfer, you reserve accommodation or a hire car, you can pay a deposit for all services with a single operation, creating a holidays package in the 'My Reservations' section, where you have to include all services desired prior to progressing to the following stage in which payment is made. Once this payment has been made, you will have access to your VOUCHER, which you will have to show to the driver of your vehicle. You will also receive the VOUCHER by e-mail and can consult and print it at any time from the 'My Reservations' section. The remainder must be paid to the driver on arrival.
Any special equipment which has to be transported will incur an additional cost, which is clearly indicated during the reservation procedure. Included within the category 'Others' are large musical instruments or any package with a volume or weight greater than that of a conventional suitcase. In these cases, we would be highly grateful if you could include a description of the extra luggage in question in the 'Comments' section of the reservation. Pushchairs are not considered a special equipment Wheelchairs do not incur any additional cost, but electric wheelchairs have to be transported in special vehicles which only have capacity for four passengers. For the transfer from your accommodation to the airport, the pick-up time at your accommodation is shown on your VOUCHER. In the case that there is a change in your return flight or any other anomaly, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible. Providing there are no changes, on the day of your return, the driver will pick you up at the reception of your accommodation. |
